By understanding diverse perspectives, what fosters belonging, and how to resolve disagreements constructively, you’ll be able to build stronger bonds, promote a cohesive team culture, and unlock the power of diversity.

Course Highlights

  • Understand visible and invisible forms of diversity (e.g. race, age, work styles, beliefs) and how they impact team dynamics using the BRIDGE Model
  • Overcome common communication challenges such as language barriers and clashing work styles through the LOVE Framework
  • Apply the CARE Framework to foster inclusion, build trust, and promote open, respectful communication within teams
  • Recognise and reduce unconscious bias through greater self-awareness and inclusive practices
  • Navigate generational differences by adapting communication styles across diverse age groups
  • Strengthen peer relationships using the RAPPORT Framework to build connection, resolve conflicts constructively, and cultivate mutual respect
  • Improve emotional intelligence and impactful communication, both verbal and non-verbal through SAFE Conversations techniques

Candidates who complete each module with at least 75% attendance and demonstrate competency during assessment will receive a Certificate of Completion by Skills Development Academy and a WSQ Statement of Attainment.

Entry Requirements:

  • Aged 21 and above
  • Have basic computer literacy Level 2
  • Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification and minimum 2 years of working experience; and
  • Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59
