  • Utilise a structured 5-step framework for assessing organisational strategies and business plans, identifying the specific competency requirements for effective team management
  • Identify, evaluate and manage talent within a team by applying established models like the 9 Box Model and Succession Planning Model
  • Integrate Performance Management and Talent Assessment methods to comprehensively evaluate the competencies of team members
  • Develop a Workplace Coaching plan to offer guidance, feedback and support to team members, assisting them in achieving specific goals and targets

Candidates who complete each module with at least 75% attendance and demonstrate competency during assessment will receive a Certificate of Completion by Skills Development Academy and a WSQ Statement of Attainment.

Entry Requirements:

  • Aged 18 and above
  • Have basic computer literacy Level 2
  • Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification and minimum 2 years of working experience;
  • Have a basic understanding of the camera functions of the mobile phone and
  • Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59.
