  • Apply the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) Model to accurately gauge employee skills and experience against job role requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders using the GUIDE Framework (Gather Facts, Understand Needs, Identify Issues, Develop Solutions, Evaluate Outcomes) to collaboratively address and resolve complex career management challenges.
  • Identify and secure the necessary resource requirements (such as budget, time, and training materials) via the ACTION (Awareness, Commitment, Targets, Implementation, Ongoing Review, Next Steps) Framework to effectively support the execution of individual and team career development plans.
  • Analyse data with ROAR (Results, Outcomes, Analysis, Reflection) by using key employee performance records and metrics to measure the cost and effectiveness of career coaching programmes.
  • Verify that privacy and confidentiality are maintained by adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards and requirements related to career coaching records with TRUST (Transparency, Respect, Understanding, Safeguarding, Truthfulness)

  • Have basic computer literacy Level 2
  • Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification and minimum 2 years of working experience; and
  • Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59
