  • Illustrate the concept of productivity and identify its importance and benefits within the modern workplace with CORE (Concept, Outcome, Reason, Edge)
  • Learn to identify and analyse internal and external factors affecting productivity with SCAN (Symptoms, Causes, Analyse, Nudge), and practice giving constructive feedback for process and workflow improvements
  • Survey and review a selection of tools and techniques such as the Pomodoro Technique or Kanban used by high-performing organisations for workplace productivity improvement
  • Follow DRIVE (Define, Resource, Initiate, Verify, Embed), a step-by-step guide to facilitating and driving the implementation of new productivity and process initiatives
  • Discover the appropriate data collection methods and the various types of measurements or metrics for accurately tracking and reporting productivity performance with MAP (Metrics, Analytics, Performance)

Entry Requirements:

  • Aged 21 and above
  • Have basic computer literacy Level 2
  • Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification and minimum 2 years of working experience; and
  • Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59
